"I see...said the blind man."

Well I'm not blind, but it turns out I do need glasses. I officially have to wear them "as needed", like when driving or any other occassion that might call for me to see distances.

I didn't realize what I couldn't see, until I put the glasses on this afternoon.

So, here I am...now with glasses.

Summer Flowers!

We are glad summer is here!! Now when we come home each day, we have been able to look at these beautiful flowers around our front porch. They add so much vibrant color and

"curb appeal" to our home. We love it!

3 years and counting...

Ed and I celebrated our 3 yr Anniversary May 20th. We went to our "special" restaurant Chili's. For some reason, we spend all of our celebratory moments there??

May 2nd Ed & I went to Oklahoma City for the Jeff Dunham Concert with a few friends.

Jeff is a hilarious comedian and we had tons of fun just hanging out.

Classic, absolutely classic.

It reminded me of the West End and San Antonio in Texas.

On our Texas visit a few weeks ago, we had the extreme pleasure of seeing the

new addition to the Prickett Family, Scarlett.

She is gorgeous and we hope to hold her on our next visit. :)

Uncle Eddie and Aunt Tiffani, Camping Trip, and "Marshmallow Bridge Contest"-Young Women's

We recently kept our niece and nephew for 3 days.

We learned what it was like to have two kids 24 hours a day.

Camping Trip:

Ed and I have been wanting to go camping for quite a while now, but it has been waaaayyyyy too cold. But we found a family in the ward who was willing to brave the cold with us. We went camping with another family in our ward to Robber's Cave State Park. We had a lot of fun and we enjoyed hanging out with them there.

"Marshmallow Bridge Contest"-Young Women's:

This past Wednesday in Young Women's, I planned what I thought would be a fun activity for the girls. Making marshmallow bridges only using marshmallow's and toothpicks. They really used their imaginations, so thought I would showcase what a great job they did.

She won the "LONGEST" Marshmallow Bridge.

Unfortunately, hers fell over during judging. :)

I know it's been a while since I've blogged, things have been crazy around here. I'll try to do a little catching up.

Spring is here! We had these pretty flowers all over our yard.

Too bad the grass is still dead.-lol

One weekend we visited the Oklahoma City Temple

This was our first time to attend this temple and it was great.
