Austin Portraits

A sister from our ward at church takes wonderful pictures. I got her to take about 200 pictures of baby Austin. They all turned out great. Here's just a few of them.

Our Lives...These Days

Our lives have truly changed after having our son. We didn't realize how much of an adjustment it would be to have this new little person in our home.

Our days are spent changing many, many smelly diapers.

Giving hugs and kisses to soothe an upset baby.

(Sometimes Daddy's beard and mustache are very "spiky" to Austin.)

Burping a very full and half asleep baby.

Latching into the car seat for a trip in the car.

And last but not least, the many pictures of basically the same pose that only mommy and daddy find so cute!

Austin has arrived!!!

March 2nd at 10:44pm our son Austin came into the world! (8lbs 2oz 20 inches long)

Me in my bed in the Labor & Delivery Unit. I was extremely tired of dealing with contractions, but really excited to see our son.

Here is Daddy's bed right next to me, as we wait for little Austin to arrive.

Austin's bed is ready in our room, too. The hospital here does everything from cleaning and most testing to him right in the same room with us. It was really nice to know I could look over and see that my baby was doing ok.

Awwwww....I just melt everytime he looks at me. We are truly blessed to be parents and have this wonderful addition to our family.

37 Week Baby Bump

As requested, here is another "Baby Bump" picture. It's count down time, so I guess this belly won't be here too much longer. Here's the belly as of today.

Ed's Diaper Bash & Austin's Baby Shower

"Ed's Diaper Bash & Bowling at the Base"

This is Ed's cake for "Ed's Diaper Bash & Bowling at the Base". He had a guy shower for the baby, were the guys went bowling at the local army base and brought diapers/wipes. Unfortunately, being a bowling event at the base, he wasn't allowed to take pictures, due to cameras not being allowed. All the guys had a great time though and we got tons of diapers and wipes for Austin.

Austin-Baby Bump

Ok, I guess I've been hiding out for the past months, since I've been prego. But with January around the corner, I only have a few more months before our little man will be here. So, here's a picture of mommy before he's here.

Ed was nice enough to take this picture of me and my belly. Below you'll find the 3D images of our little boy we had taken Dec. 15th.

This is our adorable son, Austin. We have decided on his first name and will most likely decide on the middle name when he arrives. (Austin is Ed's mom's maiden name, so it's a sentimental name for us.) We are so excited to see him in person, but the 3D images will work for now.
